Careers at FinXP

Build payment infrastructure that businesses depend on

A licensed European payments business, twelve years in, where your work ships real money on the day you build it.

MFSA Licensed EMI 12 years in European payments
Why join FinXP

Live infrastructure, not abstractions

You work on real rails with real volumes and real clients: Euro accounts, SEPA collections, cross-border payouts, card issuing, payment gateway. Every improvement you make is visible in someone's payment operations by the end of the month.

The complexity is the point. Regulated payments in Europe are genuinely hard. Licensing, scheme rules, AML, MiCA, PSD3, direct scheme participation. If you want work that rewards depth and punishes handwaving, this is it. If you want a simpler problem, there are easier places to go.

  • You will not be siloed: product, compliance, operations, engineering and commercial sit close together, and decisions get made in rooms where all of them are present
  • Clients with real problems: iGaming operators, FX brokers, digital asset firms and cross-border merchants with genuine money movement challenges
  • A company at an inflexion point: twelve years of licences and track record, plus a new card issuing programme and a commercial team being built out now

How we hire

A straightforward process, run at pace

Long hiring processes signal indecision, and that is not a signal we want to send. We aim to keep the whole process short.

  1. 01

    Application

Get in touch about where you would fit, or send a speculative expression of interest with your background and what you are looking for.

  2. 02

    Introductory conversation

A first call to understand your background and to give you an honest picture of the role and the business.

  3. 03

    Role-specific stage

A deeper conversation with the hiring manager, and where relevant a practical exercise grounded in real work rather than an abstract puzzle.

  4. 04

    Final conversation

Meeting the wider team and the leadership you would work with.

  5. 05

    Offer

    Clear terms, communicated promptly.
