Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic and high-value clients across payments, card issuing, banking, and embedded finance solutions.

Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with Sales on upsell/cross-sell conversations.
Account Growth & Commercial Development
Identify opportunities to increase client engagement, payment volumes, and adoption of additional FinXP solutions across IBANs, SEPA payments, card issuing, acquiring, and embedded payment capabilities.
Work consultatively with clients and the Chief Commercial Officer to understand their evolving needs and proactively identify ways FinXP can support their growth.
Support account retention, renewals, and relationship expansion by delivering consistently high service standards.
Monitor account activity, commercial performance, profitability, and risk indicators to identify both opportunities and areas requiring attention.
Collaborate closely with Commercial leadership to support strategic growth within existing client portfolios.
Client Experience & Performance Oversight
Track onboarding timelines, SLAs, and service performance on behalf of the client, flagging risks or delays early to the respective internal team.
Partner with Compliance and Operations to ensure clients understand and meet documentation and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, etc.).
Surface client feedback and process friction points to Operations and Product to drive improvements in onboarding speed and client experience.
Provide reporting and insight to leadership on account health, onboarding progress, and growth pipeline across your portfolio.
The Company reserves the right to amend this job description from time to time to reflect changes in the role, and the employee may be required to carry out other reasonable duties as directed by management.
